As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfilment, and smooth day-to-day warehouse operations while maintaining a safe, organised, and productive working environment.
You will work closely with our Sales, Customer Service, Retail, Technical Support, Purchasing, and Management teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service from order through to delivery.
About the Role
As the Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfilment, and smooth logistics processes.
You will support the warehouse team by coordinating workloads, monitoring operational performance, and continuously improving warehouse processes. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
· Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and workplace safety.
· Allocate daily tasks and priorities to warehouse staff.
· Support, train, and mentor warehouse team members while promoting a positive team culture.
· Monitor daily workloads to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
· Manage inbound shipments, receiving, inspection, and stock put-away.
· Oversee outbound order fulfilment to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately.
· Coordinate replenishment for retail stores and internal departments.
· Work closely with Purchasing to maintain stock availability and inventory accuracy.
· Coordinate warehouse support during product launches, promotions, and peak trading periods.
Inventory & Logistics
· Monitor inventory levels and maintain high stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
· Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
· Coordinate with courier and freight partners to ensure efficient deliveries.
· Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, dispatch performance, and fulfilment efficiency.
· Assist with warehouse planning for new product arrivals and business growth.
· Ensure warehouse documentation and inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
Process Improvement
· Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows and operational efficiency.
· Assist in developing and maintaining warehouse procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Promote continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
· Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and company procedures.
To Be Successful in This Role
· Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory coordination.
· Experience coordinating or supporting warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
· Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to work.
· Valid Australian working rights.
Highly Regarded
· Experience in e-commerce fulfilment.
· Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
· Experience working with technology, electronics, or 3D printing products.
· Forklift Licence (LF).
· Current First Aid Certificate.
· Mandarin language skills.
· Experience implementing process improvements or operational efficiencies.
