We're excited to welcome a Pharmacist Senior - Infectious Diseases/AMS (Leave Relief) to our team.

Key Responsibilities include:
Provide expertise in antimicrobial use and pharmaceutical care to the Infectious Diseases inpatient unit. Provide general clinical pharmacy service to this cohort of patients and other units including medicines reconciliation, advice on drug interactions/drug safety, medication supply, counselling, discharge planning and telephone follow-up post discharge.
Provide high level advice and proactively direct the use of high-risk antimicrobials requiring Therapeutic Drug Monitoring as part of the AMS TDM program.
Participate in the organisation's innovative, collaborative AMS program and utilise clinical skills and knowledge to provide clinical advice to doctors, pharmacists, and nurses facilitating optimal use of antimicrobial medications.
Remuneration value up to $157 359 p.a., comprising salary between $128 169 - $137 918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months).
