We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Officer to support the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our courses, enhance brand awareness, and increase student engagement and enrolments.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
Role: Full time
Location: Parramatta NSW 2150
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Lead College’s courses and services.
· Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns across digital, print and social media platforms.
· Conduct market research to identify student demand, competitor activity and new market opportunities.
· Analyse student enquiry data, campaign results and market trends to improve marketing performance.
· Advise management on pricing, promotion, advertising and student recruitment strategies.
· Prepare and manage marketing content, including social media posts, website updates and promotional materials.
· Coordinate artwork, copywriting, media placement and other advertising materials within budget.
· Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid campaigns and organic social media content.
· Identify new promotional channels to increase Lead College’s visibility and student enrolments.
· Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor qualification in education or related field.
· At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role and related field.
· Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign coordination, market research and digital content management.
· Experience with social media marketing, website content, SEO, paid advertising and marketing analytics.
· Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple marketing activities within deadlines and budget requirements.
· Experience in the education or RTO sector will be highly regarded.
