We're Looking For Workers With Experience In
- Mentoring and capacity building
- Clinical and complex care
- Community participation and social support
- Psychosocial disability support
- LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive support
- Dementia-specific care

About You
You are someone who:
- Is compassionate, reliable, and person-centred.
- Can build strong, professional relationships with participants.
- Is confident supporting people with varying levels of support needs.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Works well independently while also being part of a supportive team.
- Is committed to promoting participant choice, dignity, independence, and inclusion.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Aged Care, or another relevant qualification in support or community work
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Administration competency (preferred for relevant roles)
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Current National Police Check (if required)
- Full Australian working rights
