Who we're looking for:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator & Document Controller to join the Multiplex team.
Based in our Bentley Project Office, you will support a live construction project by providing reception, administration, and document control support ensuring the efficient running of project office systems and processes. As this is a new construction project, you will work closely with our Lead Site Administrator to establish the project office.
This varied role is the best of both worlds, combining site administration and document control responsibilities providing day-to-day reception and administrative support, including processing timesheets, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, reconciling credit cards, coordinating expenses, scheduling meetings, organising catering, managing office supplies and PPE, coordinating events, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting other administrative tasks as required as well as utilising Aconex to coordinate the flow of project design documentation between the project team, consultants, client, and subcontractors.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who has an interest in a varied administrative role that includes document control responsibilities rather than a standalone document control position.
The successful candidate will be proactive and organised, and can confidently manage multiple priorities. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous administration experience, with exposure to or 1-2 years of document control experience, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems such as Aconex.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A note on diversity:
We're committed to building a workplace where people of all genders, cultures, identities, abilities and life experiences feel they belong. We welcome applications from people of all genders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disability, and veterans.
You don't need to meet every requirement to be considered so if this role sparks your interest and you want to help build a better future, we'd like to hear from you. We're committed to a barrier‑free recruitment experience. If you need any adjustments, simply let our Talent Acquisition team know.
