Lead major supermarket refit projects across Melbourne with one of Australia’s growing retail support teams.
TAG is expanding our Retail Division and we’re looking for experienced Team Leaders who can confidently lead crews onsite, drive results, and take ownership of retail transformation projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria. This is a casual position with consistent ongoing project work available, moving across different sites every few weeks

Night Shift, Sunday – Thursday from 9:30pm – 6:00am OR Day Shift, Monday – Friday from 6:00am – 2:00pm
About The Role
As an Onsite Team Leader, you will lead merchandising crews during supermarket refit and store transformation projects.
Projects may include:

Store refits and resets
-
Planogram implementations
-
Shelf relays and merchandising, including setting up displays
-
Fixture and shelving installations
-
ESL installations
-
POS and signage setups
-
General retail transformation projects
-
You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining strong communication between TAG, clients, and onsite teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate merchandising teams onsite

Allocate tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines

Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices

Ensure high presentation and quality standards are achieved

Support onboarding and training of new team members

Act as the key onsite contact between TAG and clients

Create a positive, productive team environment
About You
You’re a reliable and motivated leader who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the front.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience in supermarket management, merchandising leadership, or retail operations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organisation and time management
-
Ability to motivate teams and work under pressure

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Experience in retail refits, shelving, planograms, or ESL installations highly regarded
-
OHS White Card (or willingness to obtain)
