The Role
The Sales department is an integral part of the Pepper team. By providing first class service to both our Brokers and customers, they ensure the continued growth of Pepper across Australia and New Zealand.
We're looking for a Relationship Manager to join our award-winning team.

- Be the go-to support for brokers & BDMs
- Help navigate deals, scenarios and day-to-day queries
- Keep applications progressing and out of limbo

About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance & banking (non-bank experience highly regarded)
- Background in broker support, lending, credit or sales support
- Strong communicator who can stay calm under pressure
Team player who takes ownership and thinks ahead
