Sweetwater Rooftop Bar is a vibrant garden-style rooftop venue offering sweeping views, Asian-inspired cuisine, creative cocktails, and an energetic atmosphere. We're looking for confident, reliable, and service-driven bartenders to join our team.
What we're looking for:
✅ Minimum 1-year bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality venue
✅ Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and beverage service
✅ Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume service periods
✅ Current RSA certification
✅ Full weekend availability
✅ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
✅ Team players who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences
