Marmion Angling & Aquatic Club is seeking a passionate and motivated Full Time Demi Chef to join our busy kitchen team. Located on Perth's stunning coastline, we pride ourselves on delivering quality dining experiences for our members and guests across our restaurant, bar, café, functions and special events.

About the Role
As a Demi Chef, you will play an important role in supporting our kitchen operations and delivering consistently high standards of food quality and presentation. Working alongside our experienced culinary team, you'll help prepare and present meals for à la carte service, functions, events and member dining.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications.
- Assisting with the smooth operation of kitchen service across restaurant and function operations.
- Maintaining high standards of food presentation, quality and consistency.
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures are followed at all times.
- Assisting with stock rotation, storage and minimising food waste.
- Supporting and working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years' experience as a qualified chef in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a Members Club environment.
- Experience working with fresh, quality ingredients.
- A sound understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, mainly Wednesday to Sunday and includes a mix of day and evenings.
- Full Australian working rights.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
