Disability Support Worker — Casual | Flexible Shifts | Sydney & Greater Sydney
Pay: $46–$110/hr incl. penalties (depending on experience)

We’re seeking warm, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our newly established Ace of Care team. We provide person‑centred disability and aged care support that empowers people to live independently and achieve their goals. You’ll support participants across Sydney and Greater Sydney within a supportive, nurse‑led organisation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality care and looking to grow their career
What you'll do:
- Household tasks and hands-on personal care
- Companionship and emotional support, within professional boundaries
- Encourage participants toward their goals and independence
- Keep accurate records and track progress against participant plans
- Report changes in health, wellbeing, or goals to your supervisor promptly
- Follow NDIS code of conduct and policies and procedures at all times
What you'll bring:
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Rapport-building with respect for personal and professional boundaries
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support
- 6+ months' support work experience (desirable)
- Driver's license + fully insured vehicle (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Program + "Supporting People to Stay Infection Free" module
- Physically able to carry out the duties of the role

- working with individuals with disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required)
