About the Role:
This is a full-time role (5 days per week) designed for those passionate about developing their career in the property industry. Whether you're new to real estate or have some experience under your belt, this is a rare chance to learn from the best and thrive in a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct open homes and private inspections (weekdays and Saturdays)
- Carry out routine property inspections
- Communicate regularly with landlords, tenants, tradespeople, and team members via phone and email
- Conduct rental market appraisals and analyse market rent
- Write and manage property advertisements
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Assist with repair and maintenance requests
What We're Looking For:
- Must live within 30 minutes of our Alexandria office
- Hold a Certificate of Registration (Property) or be willing to obtain one
- Certificate of Registration (Property) must be obtained before starting the role
- Driver's Licence and confident navigating Sydney (essential)
- Genuine passion for real estate and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and typing skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and professional phone manner
