As Assistant Venue Manager at House of Halsa, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the café, supporting the Venue Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly and our customers receive an exceptional experience. You will lead by example on the floor, supervise and motivate the team, maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, cleanliness and product quality, and help ensure staff are working efficiently during busy periods.
Key responsibilities

- Manage stock and inventory
- Handle customer feedback

- Take responsibility for the venue when the Venue Manager is unavailable
About you
- Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable taking responsibility and solving problems quickly
- Able to maintain a calm, professional environment during high-volume service
