We’re a fast-paced neighbourhood deli serving specialty coffee, epic sandwiches and some of Hobart’s favourite matcha. From our original CBD laneway to our Kingston store, we’re building a brand that’s all about quality, consistency and great hospitality.
We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join the team.
This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right person.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has specialty coffee experience (essential)
- Can confidently dial in espresso and maintain consistency during busy service
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Brings positive energy and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Loves creating memorable customer experiences
- Works well within a close-knit team
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in every cup
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing consistently excellent coffee and other drinks.. including matcha!
- Delivering warm, genuine customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy periods
