Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high quality coffee and beverages in a fast paced environment. You will also be providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing high quality coffee and beverages with speed and consistency
- Confidently operating espresso machine and grinders
- Manage high volume coffee orders during peak periods
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years barista experience
- Strong milk texture and latte art skills
- Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic and able to work in a high volume cafe environment
