About the role:
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a trusted and highly reliable Executive Assistant, to build and shape effective executive support frameworks within the Customer & Corporate Division and People & Culture Department.
As the face and rhythm keeper, your days will be varied, people-focused, and full of opportunities to contribute to work that matters to our organisation and our community.
This is a highly visible role suited to somebody who enjoys working onsite and working directly with senior leaders, where building relationships, anticipating needs, and providing real-time support are key to success.
You will:
- Provide proactive, high-level executive support that enables senior leaders to effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines and achieve divisional objectives.

Coordinate key administrative and operational activities to ensure efficient functioning of the Customer & Corporate Division and People & Culture Department.

Lead the planning, coordination and ensure seamless delivery of the Senior Leadership forums and divisional events.

Build trusted relationships across the organisation and work collaboratively with executives and senior leaders and the Executive Assistant cohort to achieve shared outcomes.

Drive process improvement and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance divisional effectiveness.
About you:

Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant (or similar) role.

Exceptional organisational, attention to detail and time management skills.
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.

A proactive mindset with the ability to foreshadow, influence continuous improvement, manage competing priorities and deliver results.

Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings, events, and operational activities.
