About STARSIGHT LIVE
STARSIGHT LIVE creates immersive experiences targeted at the corporate market, exploring creativity, consciousness, music, AI, and human transformation.
The events blend:
- live electronic music performance,
- cinematic storytelling,
- consciousness and creativity frameworks,
- audience interaction,
- podcast-style conversations,
- and experiential group dynamics.
This is not a standard corporate event environment, nightclub, or production company setup.
The intention is to create experiences that genuinely move people:emotionally, creatively, psychologically, and energetically.
I’m looking for someone who wants to help build something culturally meaningful from the ground floor.
The Role
I’m looking for a highly adaptable creative co-pilot who can operate across:
- live production,
- filming/content capture,
- technical setup,
- backstage support,
- and overall event flow.
You’ll be helping shape both:
- the live experience itself
- the cinematic/media ecosystem around it
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being inside evolving creative environments rather than siloed into one narrow task.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Live Production & Technical Support
- Assisting with setup and pack-down of:
- audio gear
- cameras
- lighting
- staging equipment
- live electronic music setup
- Helping ensure smooth event flow during live experiences
- Capturing high-quality audio/video during performances and audience moments
- Troubleshooting calmly under pressure
Content & Media Capture
- Capturing cinematic behind-the-scenes footage and live moments
- Helping create short-form content for social media and promotional campaigns
- Potential involvement in:
- editing
- creative direction
- visual storytelling
- reels/clips
- Owning your own mirrorless/cinema gear is a major plus
Presence & Human Support
This role also requires emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal awareness.
You’ll be helping hold the environment with me during high-energy live experiences. I’m looking for someone who can:
- stay grounded under pressure,
- read a room well,
- communicate clearly,
- support logistics without chaos,
- and contribute positively to the atmosphere.
Ideal Fit

Pay: $33.00 – $55.00 per hour
