Factory hand - Color blending/Batching

About the company:
With a global presence across 19 countries, our clients are a the world's leading textiles business specializing in all facets of fabrics and textiles design and technology associated with mattresses and sleep fabrics.
We are looking for a factory hand who has some general factory/manufacturing experience or blending/batching experience, preferably in the textiles industry. The role would include mixing colors and coating blinds.
The role will start as casual moving to permanent.
Key responsibilities:
- Textiles color mixing
- Maintaining Chemical/color inventory
- Moving materials with forklift
- Packing stock and batching
- Operating mixing/batching machines
Key requirements:
- LF Forklift license - not essential
- General factory and/or manufacturing experience
- Machine operation experience with a high attention to detail
- Good communicator who can work in a small team
- OH&S compliant
- Brand new purpose built facility in Pakenham
- Global brand/company
- 7am start
- Small team, excellent working conditions
- Immediate start, weekly pay
