Release and Environment Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Release and Environment Coordinator to manage and coordinate end-to-end code releases across multiple environments, ensuring smooth, controlled, and reliable deployments for business-as-usual (BAU) activities, projects, and production incidents. This role plays a key part in maintaining release stability and environment readiness across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end release activities across multiple environments including SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production.
- Ensure smooth and timely deployment of releases supporting BAU changes, project deliveries, and incident fixes.
- Govern release and environment management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and support change approval processes.
- Manage stakeholder communication across development, testing, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Identify, assess, and manage release-related risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
- Ensure all environments are properly provisioned, configured, and maintained to meet deployment requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date environment documentation, access controls, and readiness checklists.
- Validate environment readiness prior to deployment handover.
- Act as a central coordination point across multiple teams to maintain release schedules and ensure alignment.
- Support successful delivery of critical IT initiatives through structured planning and execution of release activities.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
