We warmly welcome applications from nurses with adult nursing experience who are interested in building a career in children’s health. At CHW, we understand that transitioning to paediatrics can feel like a big step — that’s why we provide a 12-month Supported Transition to Paediatrics Program, delivered through our dedicated Education Centre.
This structured program is designed to support your success, helping you build confidence, capability, and paediatric-specific knowledge in a safe and supportive environment.
During your first year, you will receive tailored education, clinical support, and development opportunities to help you confidently transition your existing nursing expertise into paediatric practice.
