What you'll do
In this role, you will manage service agreements and monitor performance across Hospital and Health Services to ensure services and funding are delivered in line with agreed outcomes. You will analyse performance data, lead service improvement initiatives, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice to support health system performance across Queensland.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Extensive management and organisational experience with a proven record of achievement at a senior level in a large, complex, decentralised service delivery organisation.
Strong ability to analyse, interrogate and interpret complex data, detect emerging trends and reconcile different data from different sources, utilising this information to manage performance.
Highly developed project management skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to plan and implement large-scale complex program/project(s).
Ability to communicate to the highest standards, producing reports, preparing and delivering presentations and verbal communications on topics which are complex and contentious to a wide variety of stakeholders
