Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Barber Shop Supervisor to lead our talented team. The ideal candidate will combine strong barbering skills with leadership ability, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining our high standards of service.
To be eligible, you can either:
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- Hold a valid visa that permits you to work in Australia

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the barbering team to ensure quality service delivery.
- Perform barbering services including buzz cuts, scissor cuts, zero fades, skin fades, beard trims, and fringe trims.
- Manage staff scheduling, rostering, and daily workflow.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the salon meets hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Drive a positive team culture and lead by example.
- Report on salon performance and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Relevant Degree or Certificate in Barbering.
- Proficient in a wide range of barbering techniques and styles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends.
What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
