About the role
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our Melbourne team. As the face of our office, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients and employees, while helping keep our busy metro office running smoothly behind the scenes.

A day in the life?
No two days are the same in this role. You'll be responsible for:
- Creating a positive first impression by welcoming visitors, managing reception and handling incoming enquiries.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office through administration, record keeping and general coordination activities.
- Managing mail, deliveries, office supplies and vendor requests to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assisting with employee and visitor experiences, including onboarding support, office events and staff engagement activities.
- Supporting workplace health and safety initiatives, office compliance requirements and facilities maintenance.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Office Administrator or Office Assistant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- A professional, positive and approachable manner.
- The ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events or office logistics (desirable).
