The Role
As our Senior Change Manager, you will lead and deliver change, adoption and organisational readiness activities across technology-enabled initiatives within Service Futures. You will be responsible for ensuring enterprise platforms, processes and new ways of working are successfully implemented, adopted and embedded to deliver sustained business value.
Initial focus on Enterprise Data Analytics project: Initially, this role will offer change management support to the EDA project to ensure that the platform is adopted and embedded into core business workflows. This role will work in partnership with the vendor change management resource. This includes translating platform capability into clear, role-based business value, driving adoption and behavioural change, uplifting data literacy, and enabling sustainable self-service across remaining business groups.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Business ownership, readiness and adoption - Lead change management activities across technology and business transformation initiatives, driving business ownership, readiness and adoption to enable successful rollout, sustainable behaviour change, and integration of new processes that deliver lasting business value.

Business Impact and Operational Readiness - Lead business impact assessments and readiness planning to identify changes across processes, roles, reporting, data, controls and ways of working, ensuring alignment with future-state business needs and team maturity.

Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and Alignment - Lead and complete business impact assessments to identify changes to processes, roles, reporting, data, controls and ways of working across impacted business areas, and develop and maintain business readiness plans that align with operational realities, future-state business needs and the maturity of impacted teams

Training, Capability Uplift and Embedded Change - Design and deliver fit-for-purpose change, communication, stakeholder engagement and business readiness plans, while building trusted relationships across business, technology and vendor teams to drive alignment, collaboration and successful adoption.
What we’re Looking for
- Proven experience leading business change management and organisational readiness activities to support successful transformation outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting business impact assessments, developing change strategies, and creating effective change plans.
- Experience designing and delivering communication plans that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Proven experience supporting technology-enabled transformation initiatives and embedding sustainable change outcomes.
- Hands-on experience delivering change activities across complex technology projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and digital transformations.
- Strong understanding and practical experience working within Agile, hybrid, and iterative delivery environments.
