About the Role
As an Events Coordinator with Fiveight Venues, you will support the planning and delivery of events across our iconic Perth destinations, including Copia, Cooee and Indigo Oscar. Working within a collaborative team, you will manage enquiries, coordinate client interactions and oversee event administration to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience. This role suits someone organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities include:

Sales & Enquiry Management: Respond to incoming enquiries and leads promptly and accurately, prepare quotes and proposal based on requirements and guidelines

Customer Service and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule inspections, client meetings and calls and provides positive experience throughout the process

Event Administration: Prepare and manage event documentations including Terms & Conditions, Event Orders, and payment schedule, and maintain accurate records

Operational Support: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth event planning and delivery, and provide administrative support as required
About you

Educational Background:
- Certificate, diploma, or studies in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
- Previous Experience and Skills:
- Experience in functions, events, hospitality coordination.

Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Attributes:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to liaise, interact and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
