What You’ll Do:
- Carrying out a range of plumbing installations, maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve business objectives
What We’re After:
- Formal plumbing qualification and/or relevant trade certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified plumber
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant plumbing regulations and safety standards
- A Driver’s licence
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with pumps
Knowledge of water filtration or underfloor heating
Customer service or trade sales background
