Our daily menu includes Pho for breakfast and lunch, alongside classic Banh Mi, crisp Vermicelli Noodles, handmade rice paper rolls, and a variety of other fresh traditional favorites.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an energetic leader who can bring fun and personality into the workplace while maintaining high professionalism and achieving results. This hands-on position focuses on delivering an exceptional experience for both guests and team members, bringing energy to the restaurant while managing day-to-day operations and mentoring staff. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of staying calm under pressure during peak service times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead FOH recruitment, training & development
- Manage rosters, shifts & stock
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Drive sales, monitor budgets & report on performance
