Disability Support Worker, you’ll deliver high-quality, flexible care tailored to each resident’s unique needs—including those with complex medical conditions and manual handling requirements.
More than just care, you’ll be helping individuals live life on their own terms, guided by choice and control, and a person-centred approach that puts dignity first

Duties:
- Domestic Assistance – Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Personal Care – Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Achieve Goals Together – Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals.
- Community Connection – Assist with social outings and community participation.
- Stay Informed – Understand each client’s needs and adapt to changes.
- Positive Engagement – Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team.
Requirements:
- NSW Drivers Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
- A current Working With Children’s check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NDIS Workers Check.
- Completion of NDIS worker orientation module and safe and enjoyable meals
