We're Looking For
A Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment and enjoys combining service excellence with sales outcomes. This is a 6-month maximum term role based in Melbourne offering hybrid working conditions.
You will be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. This hybrid role includes a mix of home and office based work, with attendance at our Head Office every Tuesday. Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required is also essential.
What You’ll Do
- Join our National Sales and Service team supporting residential projects through online and phone enquiries
- Be the first point of contact, qualifying and nurturing leads into sales opportunities
- Manage a pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely follow up
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support conversion and customer experience

You thrive in high volume environments and love building relationships that lead to meaningful results. Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in a high volume, customer service environment
- Proven ability to manage inbound enquiries and qualify leads
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and service quality
