What you’ll be doing
This position involves working closely with our customers to manage the entire loan journey. You’ll be the trusted point of contact from initial enquiry through to settlement. Your day will include both client conversations and coordination with lenders, lawyers, and internal departments to keep deals moving.
You will be responsible for…
· Taking initial lead enquiries and interviewing customers to understand their objectives
· Building rapport and providing regular loan progress updates
· Ensuring compliance with NCCP, AML/KYC, Privacy Act and other laws
· Following up on home loan applications from lodgement through to settlement
· Handling inbound correspondence and customer service enquiries
· Processing and verifying submission documentation for accuracy and completeness
· Managing applications with external stakeholders such as lenders and solicitors
· Meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth settlement outcomes
What we need from you
· Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
· Onsite presence at our Sunshine Office
· Able to manage both independent work and team collaboration
· Comfortable handling multiple concurrent client files with urgency
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
· Minimum 3 years in an office or customer service environment
· Strong understanding of NCCP, credit, and finance procedures
· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Strong customer focus and relationship-building capability
· Exceptional attention to detail and compliance handling
Performance Goals
· Manage a portfolio of 20+ active client files at any time
· Maintain Completion Date KPI of 75% or above
· Contact all customers at least every 4 days
· Complete Priority List items each day without carryover
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
