As the CCMS Officer, you will provide accurate and timely administration of the Child Care Management System (CCMS), supporting the delivery of statewide Fun Squad services. You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality data management, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) administration, and compliance activities that contribute to efficient service delivery and positive outcomes for families and services. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will maintain accurate records, identify and resolve discrepancies, provide responsive administrative support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and compliance. This role will operate under a hub-and-spoke working model, with flexible working arrangements available including work from home days.
You are organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support. You enjoy working with systems and data, have a strong customer focus, and take pride in maintaining accuracy while supporting positive outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in administration, data entry, or customer service within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing records and processing information
- Experience working with business systems or databases (experience with childcare management systems is highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Hold, or be able to obtain prior to commencement, a valid Blue Card and National Police Check
