Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality, Retail and Service Manager to
oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality customer service across our
service locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee daily operations of steam car wash and detailing services, ensuring
efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery across all sites
2. Plan, organise, direct, and coordinate business operations, including scheduling, staffing,
and service output to meet customer demand
3. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to improve service
efficiency, quality standards, and environmentally sustainable practices
4. Supervise, train, roster, and performance-manage staff, ensuring adherence to company
standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
5. Ensure consistent delivery of high standards in customer service, handling escalated
client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
6. Monitor business performance, including sales, productivity, and operational efficiency,
and implement strategies to improve profitability and service outcomes
7. Prepare and manage budgets, control operational costs (including labour, materials, and
equipment), and support financial performance targets
8. Oversee inventory management, procurement, and maintenance of equipment and
supplies required for car wash and detailing operations
9. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and
environmental standards relevant to water usage and chemical handling
10. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations
and ongoing service improvements
11. Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities for
expansion, improving service offerings, and supporting the company’s national growth
plans
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

1. Relevant qualification (AQF Diploma level or higher) or equivalent industry experience
2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant managerial experience
