Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Head of Sales, you will be the driving force behind their day-to-day success, managing schedules, travel, events, and key priorities. As the first point of contact for KOR, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
Some of your duties will include:
- Monitoring and actioning incoming and outgoing communication; phone calls, emails and visitors
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and staff
- Coordinating calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Keeping the office organised, professional, and fully stocked
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events with the Marketing team
- Providing administrative support and assisting with ad hoc projects as required
- This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organisation, initiative, and making things happen.
What we are looking for
- Relevant qualifications in operations or business administration are highly regarded
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other IT systems
