Notchka is a wholesale and distribution business supplying retail and corporate clients across Australia. nomadiQ Australia is a premium portable BBQ brand built for people who love travel and outdoor living. Together we operate across retail, e-commerce, and corporate marketplaces — and we're in full growth mode.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who wants to build a real career in sales and business growth. This isn't a back-office admin job — from day one you'll work directly alongside the founders, joining real conversations, negotiations, and strategy sessions. You'll own the CRM and weekly reporting too, because that's how you'll learn the pipeline inside out.
What you'll do
- Research and prospect new retail, wholesale, and e-commerce accounts
- Reach out to buyers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Assist with pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
- Onboard new accounts and manage the CRM pipeline
- Attend trade shows and product launch events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Track weekly sales metrics and report to the founders
Who we're looking for
You don't need years of experience — you need the right attitude.
- Commercially curious and genuinely hungry to learn
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to buyers
- Organised, proactive, and self-directed
- Interested in consumer products, retail, or outdoor lifestyle
Bonus points for:
- A background in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with Shopify or a CRM system
- A genuine love of the outdoors, travel, or food

Compensation
Salary of $55,000–$65,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
