We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on technician to join our Brisbane team immediately. This role will begin as a casual position, with consistent ongoing work available each week and a genuine pathway into a full-time or team leader role for the right person.
We specialise in premium shower resealing, grout restoration, silicone work, and bathroom repair work across residential homes.
Why this role is different
This is clean, detailed trade work.
Most days, you’ll be working on one bathroom or shower at a time, following a proven process and delivering a high-end finish for homeowners.
The biggest benefit of this role is the independence. Once you are trained, you are essentially your own boss on-site. No one breathing down your neck, no constant micromanagement, and no unnecessary pressure — but you must be the type of person who can manage your own time, stay organised, and take pride in getting the job done properly.

What we’re looking for
Experience in any of the following is highly regarded:
- Tiling
- Silicone application
- Grouting
- Shower repairs
- Bathroom maintenance
- Handyman work
- Skilled labouring
- Detailed residential trade work
However, the right attitude is the priority.
If you have solid hands-on ability, a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn our process properly, we can train you.

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
- Able to manage your own time and work independently once trained
- Own reliable vehicle
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Looking for a long-term opportunity
- Willing to complete a police check if required
