Epiroc Australia is looking for enthusiastic and organised Warehouse Operative Leading Hand based in our Perth Warehouse, working Monday to Friday 8pm - 5pm. You will need to have the drive to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines in an ever-changing environment. This role also entails on-call responsibilities, operating on a week on, week off roster.
As the successful Warehouse Operative Leading Hand you will be responsible for:
- The development of strong customer relationships
- Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
- Stock quality monitoring
- Goods receipt/dispatch
- Freight delivery
- General administration as required
Key requirements of the role would include:
- Previous experience operating a Forklift and posses appropriate forklift ticket
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Able to train staff as required
- Able to supervise up to 10 staff
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong computer literacy with attention to detail
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to organise, manage workflow and multi-task
- Be adaptable to ensure our clients' needs are met
- Able to travel to other warehouses as required
- Able to step in as Regional Team Leader as required
