We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at Seoul Skin Clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Provide a warm welcome to all clients and maintain a professional atmosphere in the reception area.
- Administrative Support: Assist clients with medical intake forms, manage the booking system, and handle appointment rescheduling.
- Communication: Manage all incoming enquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Language Support: Act as a translator to facilitate clear communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and our English-speaking clinical team.
- Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain tidy, organized, and inviting throughout the day.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An empathetic team member who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and shares detailed client feedback with the team to support high-quality care.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties with high attention to detail.
- A proactive and helpful attitude toward client care.
- Strong interest in beauty/skin care/aesthetic treatments
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience in a skin clinic or medical environment.
- General medical terminology or knowledge of skin treatments.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
