We are expanding the network of experienced cleaners we work with across Brisbane and we are looking for small cleaning businesses or experienced solo operators who want a reliable flow of work without the overhead of running their own marketing, quoting, and invoicing.
Most of our work is regular residential cleaning where you return to the same client on a weekly or fortnightly basis. This gives you the chance to build a relationship with the client, get familiar with the site, and deliver consistent quality over time. Our clients value reliability and continuity, so we are looking for operators who can commit to ongoing work rather than short-term gigs.

What You'll Do
- Regular weekly and fortnightly cleans for ongoing residential clients (the bulk of our work)
- Standard residential cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces
- Deep cleans and spring cleans
- Move-out and pre-inspection cleans
- Provide before and after photos for job records and quality checks
- Communicate promptly and professionally with our office about attendance, access, and job completion
- Build familiarity and rapport with your regular clients to deliver consistent, high-quality service over time
What You Need
To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 1 year of paid residential cleaning experience (employed or self-employed)
- ABN (registered and active)
- Public liability insurance
- National Police Check for all workers attending sites
- Your own cleaning equipment and products
- Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
- Smartphone for job details and photos
- Right to work in Australia
Nice to Have
- Existing cleaning business with your own ABN structure
- Solo cleaners, couples, and small family teams welcome
- Availability for short notice or fill-in work
- Willingness to take on deep cleans and specialist jobs as they come up
Pay and Terms
- Standard residential cleans: from $35 per hour
- Deep cleans, move-outs, and inspection cleans: negotiated per job, typically at a premium
- Short notice and heavier condition jobs: premium rates apply
- Minimum 1.5 hours per job
- Paid weekly by bank transfer
- All rates are exclusive of GST. If you are GST-registered, GST is added to your invoices
- Travel, equipment, and cleaning products are the subcontractor's responsibility
The trade-off is simple: our rate is set to reflect that we remove the admin and marketing overhead from your side. With zero time spent chasing clients, quoting, or following up on payments, most cleaners we work with earn more per effective working hour than they would running solo at a higher advertised rate.
Schedule
- Most jobs are recurring weekly or fortnightly bookings at the same residential addresses
- Morning and afternoon jobs available
- Weekdays primarily, with occasional weekend work
- Jobs offered based on your location, availability, and preferred travel radius
- Once you are assigned a recurring client, that booking becomes part of your regular weekly schedule
How It Works
We send job offers by SMS with the location, time window, scope, and pay. You can accept or decline based on your schedule. Jobs are offered based on your location, availability, and fit.
After completion, send photos and any required notes through our system and payment is processed on the next weekly run.
