Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Support Developer to join our Engage one engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and performance of live applications Engage one designer, Compose, Process executive &Deliver resolving production issues and ensuring seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, fix bugs, and implement improvements in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
- Monitor production Engage one designer, Compose, Process executive and Deliver respond to incidents promptly.
- Investigate and resolve Engage one designer, Compose, Process executive and Deliver failures, performance issues, and bugs.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem management.
- Support code deployments and validate post-deployment stability.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Engage one designer, Compose, Process executive ,Deliver, Handle groovy scripts &provide production support.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python,).
- Handle deployment and change management.
- Proficiency in MS SQL, SQL
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
- Exposure to ITIL practices and incident/change management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,169.00 – $85,000.00 per year
