About the Role Evaluate Medicolegal is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen industry relationships, and expand our network of legal, insurance, healthcare, and corporate partners across Australia. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, increasing referral volumes, and enhancing the company's market presence within the medicolegal sector.
Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy
● Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within law firms, insurers, employers, government agencies, rehabilitation providers, and healthcare organizations.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and referral targets.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends. Relationship Management
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with legal practitioners, insurers, medical specialists, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
● Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and referral partners.
● Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry functions to represent the company.
● Develop long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable business growth. Client Acquisition & Retention
● Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
● Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
● Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
● Work closely with operational teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Marketing & Brand Development
● Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
● Promote Evaluate Medicolegal’s services through professional networks and industry channels.
● Identify opportunities for thought leadership, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. Reporting & Performance Management
● Maintain accurate records of business development activities within CRM systems.
● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client acquisition, market opportunities, and revenue growth.
● Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Essential
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Law, or a related field.
● Minimum 5–10 years of business development, sales, account management, or relationship management experience.
● Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
● Strong understanding of Australian business practices and stakeholder engagement.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required. Preferred
● Experience within the medicolegal, healthcare, insurance, legal, occupational rehabilitation, or professional services sectors.
● Existing network within law firms, insurance providers, healthcare organizations, or government agencies.
● Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
