The Roles
Housekeeper:
Working in our highly valued Housekeeping team, as a Housekeeper you will be responsible for both room cleaning and public areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand.
As a Housekeeper your day involves cleaning guest rooms and/or public areas, restocking guest linen and amenities, responding to guest requests, ensuring rooms are kept in great working order and reporting maintenance issues, interacting with our guests to ensure they have a great stay.
The Ideal Candidates
A flexible approach to work, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, a highly team orientated ethos, and a strong respect for workplace health and safety.
Previous experience in a hotel or accommodation Housekeeping is essential.
The successful applicant must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday, Weekends & Public Holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
Please note this role is a physical role and involves the use of machinery such a commercial carpet cleaner, lifting and restocking of linen, carrying and moving linen and rubbish. To do this role we require you to be able to lift 10kg safely and be physically fit.
