Join FinXL as a Business Analyst on a large transformation project and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a 12-month contract in Macquarie Park.

Drive customer segmentation and cohorting strategies to establish structured migration frameworks

Define functional business rules and end-to-end processes for network and system migration

Document customer notification workflows, complaints handling, and escalation structures

Assess IT system impacts and capture business requirements for system automation

Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on process designs and decision rules

Produce key BA artefacts, including BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and traceability matrices

Translate complex business needs into actionable specs for technology and operational teams

Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or migration programs

Strong background in Telecommunications or managed services

Demonstrated experience designing and documenting end-to-end business and operational processes

Proven ability in customer segmentation, data analysis, and cohort model prioritization

Expertise defining business requirements across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow or SAP

Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with high attention to detail, risks, and dependencies
