In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering high level administrative, project coordination and operational support services, this role will see you support senior management through project coordination, business performance monitoring, reporting, and planning and scheduling of resources to enable the effective operation of the division. You will build and coordinate efficient processes, accurate reporting and reliable support services in a fast paced operational environment with competing priorities, governance requirements and diverse stakeholders.

About you
You are a proactive and organised professional with experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement and operational coordination, supported by strong problem solving, research and data analysis skills. You communicate clearly and effectively, manage competing priorities with confidence, and deliver accurate, timely and reliable support.
You bring proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, and have demonstrated knowledge and experience providing high level support to senior management, including involvement in projects, asset management and procurement activities. Recognised as a collaborative and dependable team contributor, you are skilled in preparing high quality documentation, coordinating activities, and building positive stakeholder relationships, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
This is a part time/job share-temporary opportunity until 30 October 2027 based in Rozelle. No costs, allowances, or exceptions to TfNSW vehicle policy will be provided in relation to travel to and from the Rozelle office to conduct the duties of the role. You will be required to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This position is classified as Maritime Officer 09 ($110,765-pro-rated)
