Awafi Peakhurst is looking for an experienced Barista & Customer Service All Rounder to join our growing team.
This is not a stand-alone barista position. We are looking for someone who can confidently make quality coffee while also assisting customers, taking orders, handling service periods, and supporting the team across the restaurant.
About the Role:
- Preparing and serving coffee and beverages
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Assisting with food running and service during busy periods
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Supporting the front-of-house team as required
- Working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Previous barista experience essential
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Available to work weekdays, nights and weekends
