A highly regarded kitchen and cabinetry company in Sydney's Inner west, we are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer & salesperson to join our team
You must be a confident, well spoken individual who has a passion for giving great service, as well as closing the sale.
If you are a sales gun, who has an exceptional ability to qualify and close we are looking for you!
Your job will include visiting customers in their home, designing their kitchen, and closing the sale. If you are a strong sales person and a good closer of the sale, this is the position for you.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Sales skills required – Be a confident individual , who is well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Able to work to tight deadlines – Be computer literate – Strong attention to detail, a good listener and provide ideas in line with customer requirements – Highly organised and able to prioritise and multi-task – Self-driven & Motivated – A good understanding of house floor plans
Ability to design based on client requirements and current trends and available products
You will require a vehicle and license to get around and visit customers
You need to be able to close sales, be comfortable with forecasting and meeting targets, while providing an exceptional experience to the customer
This is a commission only position
100% commission
This position is 100% commission where you manage your own days and times. Commission is payable on the sale in a generous profit share arrangement. The more profit you make in the sale, the greater the commission. No caps on commission!
