Café Manager – Acre espresso

Acre is looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team.
We are a very busy, fast-paced café, doing 300+ sales a day. This is a hands-on role and we need someone who is comfortable working under pressure and keeping a team organised during busy service.
You will need:
- Proven café management experience
- Outstanding understanding of coffee and highly competent making coffee
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in food production and ordering
- Strong organisation and time management
- Ability to lead, train and manage a team
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure
- A hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality
Experienced applicants only – this is a full-on, high-volume café.
No weekends or public holidays.

Pay: $55,181.96 – $81,918.65 per year
