Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience as a cook in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
Skills: Strong knife skills, understanding of various cooking techniques, and ability to handle high-volume service.

Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including lunch, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
