About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering settlement and defect management services across a variety of residential development projects. You will work closely with senior leaders while taking ownership of assigned projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery from commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate assigned settlement and defect management projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, purchasers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-settlement, valuation, defect, and other onsite inspections.
- Coordinate project schedules, inspections, resources, and site activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, databases, and project plans.
- Support purchasers throughout the settlement process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with project reporting, invoicing, and administrative requirements.
- Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and casual team members.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, handovers, and stakeholder meetings as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in project management, construction, property, settlement, defecting, or residential development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace skills.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card).
Experience working with residential developments, builders, developers, inspections, settlements, defects, or construction platforms such as Procore, Hammertech, Aconex Field, or Visibuild will be highly regarded.
