RACV’s Insurance & Roadside Division is to comprehensively and commercially meet Victorians' motoring and mobility needs by providing exceptional products and a customer experience that doesn't let anyone down.
As an Emergency Roadside Assistance Patrol, you will report into the Metro Area Manager and your tasks will range from making member vehicles mobile at the roadside, changing tyres, providing battery, providing mechanical advice, and / or promoting member services. This role will cover areas across Metro Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Please note: This role will be commencing on the 13th of July 2026, and if successful, you will be required to attend two weeks of comprehensive training provided at our Noble Park office.
Come along for a new journey
You will be supplied with a fully maintained, late-model roadside assistance vehicle to attend to breakdowns or other motoring issues for RACV members providing newly developed services as introduced from time to time.
