We are seeking experienced, polished, professional and service-driven Wait Staff to join our exceptional front-of-house team. The Role
As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for:
Delivering refined, attentive and professional table service.
Providing informed guidance on menu items, wine pairings and seasonal offerings.
Ensuring seamless coordination between the dining room and kitchen.
Maintaining an immaculate and sophisticated dining environment.
Upholding the highest levels of presentation, timing and service etiquette.
Running your own section delivering exceptional service.
About You
You will bring to the role:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, with minimum 1 year as a Section Waiter/Waitress.
Full Australian Working Rights a must.
RSA certificate a must have requirement.
Barista experience preferred.
Understanding of service sequence and order flow.
Strong upselling skills and basic knowledge of Wine and Spirits.
Proven ability to independently take orders and manage a section in an a la carte environment.
Proven ability to manage high cover numbers while maintaining efficiency and service standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask while always delivering a seamless and professional service.
Punctuality, reliability and respect towards colleagues and your role.
A composed, polished and guest-focused approach with a passion for Hospitality.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation, excellent communication and customer service skills.
Solid knowledge of POS systems - particularly Odermate.
Ability and willingness to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
