This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday.
Supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.
- Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors and team members
- Managing meeting room bookings, room set-ups, visitor access and workplace requirements
- Coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance requests across our offices and branch network
- Managing security and access requirements, including access cards, lockers and contractor passes
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and supporting supplier administration
- Coordinating mail, couriers, deliveries and other day-to-day office services
- Supporting events through room set-up, catering coordination and AV assistance
- Coordinating workplace requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Providing hands-on administrative and operational support across the broader Business Services team
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll wear two hats: the welcoming face of our Brisbane office and part of the engine room that keeps our workplaces running.
You’ll balance front-of-house responsibilities with facilities coordination and administration. One moment you could be welcoming visitors or preparing an executive meeting room, and the next you could be coordinating maintenance, processing invoices or managing workplace access.
Working within our Property & Business Services team, you’ll support workplace services across our offices and branch network. It’s a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is equally comfortable helping people face-to-face as they are getting the detail right behind the scenes.
If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy being the person others can rely on to keep things moving, you’ll thrive here.
- Experience in a corporate front-of-house, customer service, facilities or business support role
- Strong administration skills and knowledge of day-to-day office operations
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Experience with meeting room management, visitor management and security access processes
- Experience using works management or service ticketing systems
- Experience coordinating events, catering and workplace requirements
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to learn new systems
- Confidence using workplace technology and AV equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
